Howard recently patented his own invention, the NO MORE SQUIRMY BABY pad, U.S. Patent No. 10,016,066. The inspiration behind this invention was his infant son (now 7 years old) who always wanted to flip-over and was otherwise very “squirmy” during diaper changing. Billy patented a soft strap attached to a changing pad to secure babies and make the changing process easier and safer. This personal experience of the complex and successful dealings with the United States Patent and Trademark Office helped begin this firm’s division.

If you think you have an idea you would like to patent, we can help from the beginning to see if there are any comparable products, all the way through the final patent application.

Intellectual property matters deal not only with patents and trademarks, but also with trade secrets, copyright infringement issues, non-compete agreements and non-disclosure agreements, and other issues involving proprietary rights.
