Heather Jones has been practicing law and litigating civil cases for over 20 years. Heather was born in Winter Haven, Florida, moved to Virginia for high school and college and returned to the Tampa area in 1994.  She studied abroad in 1995 at Oxford Univerisity College of Law in Oxford, England.  In 1997, she obtained her Juris Doctorate degree and her Masters in Business Administration from Stetson College of Law. After graduating with her law degree and MBA, she started her career at Fowler White Boggs Banker where she represented insurance companies and employers for over 12 years.

She witnessed the unfair abuse and advantage these large insurance corporations took of people on a daily basis and she vowed to fight against corporate bullies one day which is exactly what she did. In 2009, she switched to the plaintiff’s side and joined Morgan & Morgan where she used her knowledge and skills to litigate against large insurance companies for over 8 years.  She joined The Consumer Protection Firm in 2017 to continue her passion for fighting corporate intimidators, abusive debt collectors and companies that put profit over people. Heather is particularly interested in pursuing punitive damages against these banking and collection bullies who purposely and continually harass consumers assuming they can get away with it.

It is the goal of The Consumer Protection Firm to get each one of their clients $500 and up to $1500 per call for these phone call violations. Banks and debt collectors are hounding consumers with robocalls of 5, 10, 15 + calls per day, every day, for months and even years. Don’t allow this behavior any longer if this is happening to you.  Hold these companies accountable and make them pay.  Call The Consumer Protection Firm to fight for you.
